In Todwick we have a church which dates back to the Doomsday Book, and a wealth of history protected within a peaceful tranquil environment. There is always a huge challenge to combat the unwelcome side of Mother Nature.
For several years people have gathered once a month to ensure that the area is as good as it can be.
We meet on the first Saturday of the month at 10am so put it in your diary!
Refreshments are provided at 11am, and work concludes at 12.30pm.There are a range of projects offering a mix of digging, planting, collecting fallen branches, weeding as well as the much lighter work of planning and organising.
Even helping with the tea making. So please come along and join in making a contribution to our wonderfully peaceful haven.
